regulation (ec) no 1223/2009 (article 13) requires that the responsible persons and, under certain circumstances, the distributors of cosmetic products submit through the cpnp some information about the products they place【敏感词】make available on the european market.

根据法规（ec）no 1223/2009第13条, 有关化妆产品的资料,均需要于cpnp网上通报系统通报。

1.由2013年7月11日开始, 化妆产品均需强制通过cpnp通报
2.此规定亦适用于在化妆品指令76/768/eec下于单一会员国被通报过的产品
3.成功通报并不等同于有关产品可满足所有其他（ec）no 1223/2009法规的要求
4.产品应由负责人并在特定情况下由有关分销商通报
5.该负责人或分销商需及时提供所需的更新资料
6.负责人可将产品通报委派给其他相关单位, 例如其制造商, 顾问或认可检测机构
7.需要注册才能进行cpnp通报
