ns111 材料说明： 该合金 能耐很多腐蚀介质腐蚀。其较高的镍含量使其在水性腐蚀条件具有很好的抗应力腐蚀开裂性能。高铬含量使之具有更好的耐点腐蚀和缝隙腐蚀开裂性能。该合金具有很好的耐硝酸 、有机酸 腐蚀性，但是在*酸 和盐 酸 中的耐腐蚀性有限。除了在卤化物有可能发生点腐蚀外，在氧化性和非氧化性盐 中有很好的耐腐蚀性。在水、蒸气以及蒸汽、空气、二氧化碳的混合物中也具有很好的耐腐蚀性。 应用于 硝酸 冷凝器——耐硝酸 腐蚀 、 蒸汽加热管——很好的机械性能 、 加热元件管——很好的机械性能等。

ns111 加工工艺说明：
ns111 熔炼工艺： ns111 合金可采用非真空感应+电渣，电弧炉+电渣和电弧炉+真空电弧以及真空感应+真空电弧等工艺熔炼。 ns111 合金可采用真空感应+真空电弧工艺熔炼。
ns111 锻造工艺： ns111 合金加热温度 1150 ~ 900 ℃， 热加工时，工件可以直接送入已经到温的炉子。炉子到温后，材料的保湿时间为每10mm厚度60分钟。保湿到规定的时间后立即出炉，在规定的温度范围内加工。如果金属的温度降到**加工温度以下，应再次加热。
ns111 零件热处理工艺： 软化退火或稳定化处理的温度范围是920～980 ℃ ，*合适为940 ± 10 ℃ .对于厚度大于1.5mm的工件推荐采用水淬或快速空冷以得到**的抗蠕变性。
