施工工艺：

1. 基层处理：钢铁结构处理：应把钢管、钢板、彩钢板、表面先除锈，清理干净，然后用水冲洗干净，再用干布擦干后，开始施工涂刷涂膜。

2. 底涂施工：涂料搅拌均匀后涂刷，水泥基面过干可适量加水，铁皮或彩钢不能加水，这样才能起到涂层与基础的渗透性，从而增强粘接力，待2-4小时干后再涂刷第二遍，以此类推。

施工方法：

滚、刮、刷三种方法均可使用。滚涂、刮涂、刷涂三种方法均可使用，但要涂刷均匀。涂刷为1mm厚要份四次涂刷、涂刷为1.5mm厚应分五-六次完成，（有设计要求的按设计要求施工涂刷）。涂每道涂层表干后，应作施工质量检查，如出现漏涂及起鼓，应给予修补处理。

注意事项：

1. 在一般气候条件下，底涂表干时间为2-3小时，每涂刷一遍要相隔2-3小时表干后再刷第二遍。涂层干固时间为12小时，环境部好、气温低温湿度大，通风条件干固时间延长，反之短些。

2. 禁止在雨天施工，气温低于5度不宜施工。涂膜未实干前禁止走人踩踏，禁止在涂层上施工作业，以免破坏防水层，影响防水效果。

产品包装：25kg/桶 ，50kg塑料桶。 无毒、无味、不易燃，按非危险品运输。

本品应存放通风干燥的室内，温度在0℃-40℃，注意密封包装，自生产日期起有效储存期为8个月。开封使用后涂料应密封保存。
