1、本产品采用高级进口丙烯酸 树脂和高级颜料经过细制研磨加工组合而成，适用范围：处理后pe，pp，bopp，ldpe,hdpe等丝印移印，常温25度，低温48小时，不需烘烤，即可获得优异的附着力。 2、产品特性：亮光、附着力佳、流平性佳、硬度强、耐酒精、抗刮伤。 3、色泽：26色常用色，其他特殊颜色可以调配，可用于丝印，移印（需添加相应的溶剂 不建议使用劣质稀释剂 稀释） 4、固化剂 ：本产品常温下必需添加配套加固化剂 ，否则会影响其效果，有可能会结团反应，低于10度干燥速度会更加缓慢 5、印刷适合粘度搅拌均匀，根据当时的实际环境条件选用稀释剂 ：快干、中干、慢干稀释剂 ，一般情况为冷天（≤15℃）选用快干剂 ，而热天（≥30℃）选用慢干剂 。 6、使用期限：壹年，过期请慎用，加了其他助剂 剩余油墨不可回收。 7、不得与其它类型油墨混合使用，否则容易出现其他附着力，化学反应等不良现象。 说明 本系列基本色及网点四色重金属含量均符合欧盟rohs、欧洲en-71标准及美国astm标准。 油墨使用安 全规则 1．各种承印物料的外观相似，务必确认承印物的材料是否相符，客户需先试印，确其符合要求后，再批量生产。 2．做好被印物的表面清除油脂及杂质以促进附着效果，在移印过程中如出现拉丝或散开，可适当加入一些慢干膏即可; 3．未经允许情况下，不得将本系列油墨与其它类型油墨混用及配色，环境温度过低，将会影响油墨原有的质量。 4．注意作业车间的湿度，湿度过大会影响附着力，温度高容易堵网。 5、使用时注意施工场所的通风状况良好。尽量避免皮肤直接接触 6、本品不慎溅入口、鼻、眼、耳内，应用大量水清洗或直接求助医 生。 7、对本品过敏者，使用前应涂覆一层皮肤扶肤膏或戴不渗透手套。 8、根据气候变化，请远离火源，阴暗处15度-30度环境下存放，油墨，稀释剂 使用及储存时严禁烟火 警告：本技术资料只作用户起指导作用并担保和承诺。敬请用户根据本身实际情况先行试用。
